    Australia A V England. Tassie 17/11/10

Bonus Cricket. Still home sick from work and the game is on FTA.

Khawaja plays with his head in the air but he gives the ball a bit of a tonk

I like Shazad a lot. His line is impeccable. If he starts to find some length we are in big troubke.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Khawaja's out. Hung the washing out to dry and got an outside edge off Shazad. He looked to be struggling with his concentration.

Bresnan has the same build as Mark Taylor.

We've all played with a fat bloke who opened the batting and stood at first slip pulling catches out of his arse. I dunno if it will work so well for an opening bowler though.

Monty takes a screamer and Cowan is gone. Australia A 4/58 before lunch.

Tremlett gets one to cut back & White has no idea as his middle stump gets tilted back.

White bowled through the gap between bat and pad. Australia A 5/66.

It's hard to make any definitive statements though. The pitch looks a bit agricultural and there's lots of cloud cover.

How come it's always middle peg that gets knocked over when you get bowled between bat and pad? Never off or leg stump, it is always middle stump.

Is there any batsman out there wanting to put there hand up.

Tough pitch to bat out, serious greentop. No excuses but it wouldve been nice to see how the poms batting lineup would've gone.

Funnily enough it wasnt a bad 7. He played a couple of good shots and looked quite competent. I'd like to wait and see how he goes in the second innings.

Looks like it was a good toss to win. Strauss had no hesitation in bowling.
