    World Darts Championships 2011

    Anyone watching?

Simon 'The Wizard' Whitlock is again performing well (backing up against his second place finish last year) with Phil Taylor also progressing through to the quarter finals.

There's been some quality darts over the first 12 days! The whole shebang finishes up on Jan 3rd.

One of my favourites, Adrian Lewis, is dominating his third round match right now.

I don't know what it is, but I love my darts.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Yes I've been watching. Really enjoying it. Boy doesn't the crowd go wild with their singing and costumes. Definitely worth watching as a spectacle if anyone hasn't seen it before.

My favourite player, Adrian Lewis, snuck through to the final by winning his semi this morning. It was a grinding 6-4 win that sees him matched up against the red hot Scot, Gary Anderson. Anderson has been averaging over 100 in each of his matches during the Championship, a huge achievement.

The final starts at around 6am tomorrow on Fox Sports for those interested.

In the 2013 final it's the old v the young with Phil 'The Power' Taylor taking on the inform Michael van Gerwen. Take a look at MVG in his semi:

            MVG all the way!

Not a fan of Taylor's post-match behaviour. A complete lack of respect for a long time rival and legend of the game.
