    AFC - Qatar

Who is staying up to watch the boys take on India tonight? (Was hoping for a little friendlier start time than 12:15am.)

Hopefully we can notch an easy win tonight and set ourselves for a massive game Friday night against South Korea.

Will be very interesting to see what the starting line up is and in particular who Holger goes with up front.

I'll be up watching. In theory it should be an easy win but tournament play is never that easy and an early goal to settle the nerves of the team would be great so that they can then settle into a rhythm which will then carry on into the South Korea game which is a big big clash.

Decent enough win - didn't stay up for it, more likely of course for the 12:15 am Sat Morn (Friday night) game. Very much looking forward to it...that is if my supporting curse of January has subsided

Should be a great game tonight against South Korea. They are a fast team and it will be interesting to see how slower defensive unit cope. Looks like both Cahill and Kewell are in good touch, so given enough supply I'm confident we can score.

Looking for a big performance tonight from the Socceroos against Iraq. The injuries hurt us in the last game, we had no creativity or zip in the midfield. Hopefully some of those who missed the Bahrain game get up for tonight to ensure that Cahill and Kewell get adequate supply.

Worried about our lack of pace especially at the back.

Yes Harry!!! Could have gone either way in the end, Schwarzer superb again. Should have killed the game off sooner.

Agree ap. Our finishing was terrible. Thought we Dominated the game, in 120 min opposition will get chances but only mean something if don't put away your easy ones. A good win in the end.

Huge finish to the game to break 120 minutes of tension. We are on the better side of the draw.

Japan Vs South Korea should be an epic in the other Semi-Final.

Hopefully we can take our chances when they inevitably present and we should get past Uzbekistan, but football is a funny game.

When we beat England and Harry tore them a new one a few years back, they were singing:

                      Posh Spice is a slapper
                      She's married to a tool

Great cross from Matty McKay.Aussies deserved it and should have sewn it up earlier.
Just off topic is Muscy auditioning for a role in UFC with his well let's just say "clumsy" challenge on young Zarah of the Heart!

That was disgusting. His reaction after it happened (abusing the ref) was shithouse, too.

Thugs like that need to be stamped out for good.

As a Victory supporter ... very, very embarrassing. Disgraceful tackle and he should retire immediately.
