Alright things are starting to get a tad more serious now that the hit and giggle stuff is all finished up, after Sri Lankas victory in the series over here, we're going to have be up against it, especially those spinners.

Sri Lankan batting looks particularly strong, Sangakarra, Jayawardene, Dilshan and Matthews are all class while they still have a web of spinners and the explosive Malinga. It will be a battle in two, how our batsmen handle the spinners and whether our quicks are able to restrain that middle order.

Sri Lanka currently 89/4 after 17, they got off to a flying start but the spinners have brought them back and two quick Johnson strikes of the two goliaths Sangakarra and Jayawardene have put the aussies on top.

If it is we're picking the wrong youth, he either gets a game and they bite the bullet on D Hussey or we play a genuine batsmen and leave out Smith, over kill having both.

*Edit Johnson picks up his third, lovely nut, full and swinging and knocking him over, gets his third and he has got up on the right side of the bed today

Decent away series win first up 3-2, cant really make claims of improvement until we see the test matches though
