    No boys allowed: Only women and children are allowed to watch two matches

    The Turkish football association has come up with a radical solution for tackling hooliganism - by banning men from stadiums.

    Teams sanctioned for unruly behaviour by fans are instead only allowed to admit women and children aged under 12 to watch games.

    On Tuesday, more than 41,000 women and children attended Fenerbahce's match against Manisaspor in Istanbul.

    The move followed violence during a Fenerbahce "friendly" in July.

    The Istanbul side was initially told to play two home matches behind closed doors after fans invaded the pitch during a game with the Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk.

      Could it be a reverse of the stoning scene in Monty Pythons Life of Brian?

      Shady salesmen in trench coats out the front of the stadium selling fake hair and boobs? Whats the test if the persons gender is indeterminate?

              Somehow I can't see this idea spreading to Iran or Saudi Arabia...

                  I can! There is a whole movement amongst policy makers in this area.

                              Your question is too broad ranging for this thread, this was in relation to soccer violence which a country's Football Association is attempting to look at alternatives to resolve it.

                              Let's be honest bornadog, when it comes to soccer violence its usually men.

                                  ps. funny fact: 'falling in love' makes guys's testosterone levels to drop and women's to rise, so it's no coincidence that husbands get 'whipped' and wives get aggro!
