Waited 4 years to choose an EPL team. Everyone said the doggies were most like Everton, so I followed them briefly but the passion wasn't there. Now i'm on the Reading bandwagon and absolutely loving it! will stick by them even we get relegated.

Arsenal. I picked them out when I was a kid in the early '70s for two reasons.


1. They won the double in 1970/71

2. They had a rude word in their name.

Had a school full of Liverpool fans giving me grief on Them winning and Utd falling below expectations.Saw one of my school protagonists in 99 after Utd won the treble

I have never properly followed an EPL team, just went for whoever the Aussies were playing for. Seeing their are less high profile Aussies in the EPL now, I'm on the search for an EPL team to support.

Any ideas on who I should throw my support behind?

I used to follow Fulham in the EPL but I've never actually watched them
Play more than 5 minutes and to be honest do not give a shit about them.

I have however taken an interest in the A-League and attended about 10 Melbourne Heart games last season, with the intention of exceeding that this season. Really enjoy it and particularly like the active bay which makes cheer squads look incredibly lame, and the rush from when we actually finally score a goal (although the bulldogs are starting to provide this too with our scarcity of majors).

Really have no interest in soccer. I might watch Australia play if I stumble on a game while channel surfing.

I pretend to follow Tottenham, only because it pisses off my mate who is an Arsenal fanatic.
Apparantly they are arch rivals.

The trouble with the EPL is that only 4 or 5 teams can realistically win it. The whole thing is a big joke, the more money you have the more likely hood of a premiership. I started following Arsenal like Two Dogs when they won the double and Charlie George was a super star, but over the years I have found the whole thing boring with the same old winning.

The only interest I have in soccer is really how Australia will go.
