RIP Greigy, your keys, your stouches with bill and your superior commentary will be sorely missed.

Just hasn't been the same without him this summer.

Not sure that's the case ... He definitely had lung cancer and was having treatment, but reports say he suffered a heart attack this morning ... I could be wrong, but that's what I have heard.

That's what's been reported. His heart could have been weakened by the treatments.

The Channel 9 cricket commentary team has been the summer soundtrack of my life, with the same reassuring voices filling our house during the last 30 odd years. Greigy was one of these familiar voices and gave sone much needed intenational flavour and perspective. He has already been missed this season and will continue to be missed. Vale Greigy.

Very sad to hear this news. A staple over every summer of cricket and it happened so quickly. One of the great characters of the game.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?
