T20 can be as clinical and boring as ODI, especially if the chasing team loses early wickets chasing a big total. Spinners and medium pacer dibbly dobblers are very effective, but unfortunately they don't make watching the game attractive at all with their changes of pace and emphasis on blunting attacking batsmen. There is no subtlety whatsoever in T20.
As for BBL, it is WWE in cricket clothes. The trash talking, the 'confrontations', it's all fluff and hot air to fill some sort of relevance and meaning to what is essentially a meaningless competition where there is no affinity or allegience to any team. When BBL was state-based, it at least had the state allegiences.
