Workman like win 1-0 over a Stoke side that sat back and made attacking hard.

This was magic, the stage is all yours now Oscar.

Watched that game and Hazard was head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch.
Stoke didn't offer much to be honest.

Hazard will end up the best player in the Prem IMO. He is a star.

          Thought Oscar wasn't far behind.

Also underlined why we are going to struggle to win anything this season with Torres/Eto'o/Ba leading our line, a top class striker would have had a hattrick(Eto'o missed some sitters). Summer(and Costa) can't come soon enough.

A few huge games this weekend with Arse/Pool and City/Chels the pick of the bunch.

Interesting to see what City does with Barca to follow 3 days later, plus we've looked pretty tired lately so we wont be at full strength either.

2-0 City. Great win for them, we just never got going. Disappointing.

Pool should have won that, Sturridge missing ones he has usually been burying and Suarez should have had a pen (but when you consistently flop around it creates doubt in the refs mind).

But happy for Arse to get at least one extra game.

Nice to bounce back against them after the drubbing.

Bang on about Suarez, and boy crying woof comes into it.

Yep, should have been a pen but Suarez flopped like a fish out of water which didn't help.

Stevie G should have been given a second yellow so things tend to even themselves out.

If Suarez had just fallen over like any normal player he'd have got the pen. But Suarez's exaggeration made it almost to comical to pay.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

It's a shame because he is an absolute delight to watch, but his propensity to over exaggerate is disappointing.

Not just watch. He's a great player full stop. In a way it's good for us other clubs that he spends so much of his time on the ground looking for the Ref or he'd score twice as many goals.

We'd be a proper threat for the title if we'd made a serious move for him in January. Instead we dicked each other around and now we're only nuisance value to City and Chelsea(maybe)

Great to win the Capital One cup, I watched the game on a stream which was a little laggy but better than nothing nevertheless.

                              Toure's goal was absolutely amazing.

I was in disbelief when Sunderland scored so early, also wanted to fly kick Dimichelis. Signs looked worrying at HT but we really kicked it up a gear or two after that.
