    Are you the same person

I've been reading back over a few of my posts and it got me thinking how different I am when I'm watching footy to soccer. I yell a lot lot more when I'm watching soccer and I'm a lot more analytical watching footy.

I put it down to not really understanding the intricacies of soccer because I didn't play a lot of it.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

    So it's just me then.

I think im the same, I know I hate losing just as much and I had a shithouse weekend (losing to Sunderland grates me more cause of the stakes).

          Its a different atmosphere.

I've decided that at some stage I'll be attending A Western Sydney Wanderers match in their active area. Those guys know how to put on a show.

I meant specifically on TV. I just forgot to mention it in the OP.

              Yeah. Nah. Yeah.

I will generally just watch socceroos, it's not really my cuppa. But shots on target or crap diving gets me yelling far more than footy. That said, I did some fairly aggregated 'cybil' like yelling at the TV on Sunday more than normal.

I'm more vocal with AFL and a hell of alot less forgiving with mistakes.

I have calmed down considerably from a few years ago, maybe it's because I've got older.

With soccer It tends to be more tactical and I'm much quieter. The family and neighbors have heard some unusually loud noises late at night lately.

So not sure if it's the game itself or the time zone.

I'm exactly the opposite. Mouthy with the round ball game but very quiet watching footy.

Other than when we scored in the 70th odd minute against Japan in the World Cup I have barely raised a murmur over a soccer game. I started yelling after we kicked a goal to get within 19 points in the last on Sunday (but that was at the game). Watching the Bulldogs on telly I have to keep it down because the kids are asleep. I usually just crack the shites and not yell so much.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

You should stay loyal to your wife.

I was thinking the same thing.

Polygamy is how I view the Bulldogs and Chelsea.
