Le Tour de France - 2014

A few Aussies racing with Richie Porte the best chance although he is earmarked to do the leg work for Froome.

Was in Cambridge today to watch the start of stage three - lots of fun and atmosphere.

Finding it hard to get into without Cadel to cheer for. Wonder if Porte will get to be the lead rider someday
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Will today with Froome being withdrawn from the tour. Very interested to see how Richie goes as the main man for Sky.

My interest has suddenly trebled in Le Tour, good luck to Ritchie. Huge opportunity for him.

The stage from Ypres to Arenberg over the cobblestones made for compelling viewing. It usually takes a trip through the Alps, the Pyrenees or up Mont Ventoux to generate that level of drama.

Richie into second position a couple of minutes behinds Nibali. The italian looks pretty strong but hopefully Richie can keep piling the pressure on.

Richie Porte well out of contention now.

Chest infection for Richie - mountain stages hard enough in the best of health. Bad timing.

Watched the tour come into Paris with a great view. The pelaton came around 8 times and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

                        Good luck to you.

Now you need to ready yourself for a few winters at home so that you can enjoy the resurgence of the Bulldogs

Well done BAD, one off the bucket list.
Did you go the full experience and have Phil Liggett commentating on a radio ?

Didn't get to hear Phil, but yes had a great time. Also ended up watching the start of Stage 3 in Cambridge.
