How do you watch epl etc?

As someone who steadfastly refused to get Foxtel for years, I was wondering how everyone got to watch their favourite sport?

It wasn't until about 15 months ago that i discovered:

    a) Foxtel on Demand where for $90/season you get to watch every EPL game either live or delayed

    and

    b) BeIn sport which for the next 4 months i will pay $17/mth to watch League Cup, championship, Europa, serieA, Bundesliga etc.

Sure beats trying dodgy sites dropping out all the time!

How is Foxtel on demand? Is it reliable? Does it use your internet bandwidth? Please and thank you.

They have a deal $49 for the rest of the season or $5 a weekend. I might shell out the $49 I think.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I'm happy enough to pay Foxtel to watch every EPL game live, plus UCL and the cups.

Plus you get foxtel go for nothing so theres another couple of portable options which is great while travelling.

You can even get it for $50 a month, which is a bargain.
      The curse is dead.

It doesn't use the bandwidth if your foxtel is through telstra, I don't mind the foxtel go app for watching the game in bed on an ipad.

Mostly watch on the big screen through foxtel, got sucked into Beln Sports for the rest and just left the subscription running.

Some games I'll watch in bed on the ipad through GO but the mrs don't like it if I wake her up

I'm paid up with Liverpool so I get the LFCTV which gets all games including the younger and the women. It has lots of interviews and videos and behind the scenes stuff. I just hook up a laptop to the tv and watch it that way but for the punt watching it on foxtel flicking from game to game is the best way.

I'm with Optus but my contract is up so maybe going over to Telstra might be worth it.

Yeah. I will give them a ring through the week.

TO paraphrase Mark Knofler, I want my EPLLL.

I consistently have the debate about getting Foxtel for sporting content I want vs giving money to a service that helps fund the empire of Satan

I mustn't have very high Morales as I'm happy to give my money to satan so that I can watch Chelsea's every game

Believe me I make no judgement. I've even had a Foxtel guy to my house a few years ago but there was an issue with connecting so I took it as a sign. Now I don't think the issue would still exist and the $50 a month makes it harder to say no.

Foxtel HD is the only way to go. Every game live, at worst IQ and watch wherever you want

                              I agree.

Watched the cricket last night on Foxtel, what a difference to the FTA stations.
