Whilst it can be used to aid in asthma treatment, there have been many banned for using it, even unknowingly. Contador was one, there have been Olympic athletes too. Those boys are in a world of trouble. As for our club, it's naive in the extreme to think our players are beyond reproach. Libba, anyone? Put hundreds of young men in a grueling contest year after year, there are going to be some who contravene the rules. People talk about education etc... You can lead a horse to water...

This is really crap coming into the footy season and on the eve of the Essendon drug scandal results.
On the bright side, at least it has nothing to do with the RWB.

Funny how Crowley got away with keeping it quiet and not suspended at the time, and these guys are immediately banned. They are also still to have B sample taken.

It did actually take 6 weeks before this came out too. Feb 10 was the timeline given for the initial test.

Not sure if you are implying that you believe Libba could be on performance enhancing drugs or comparing pill popping to performance enhancing drugs.

Either way poor form IMO.

No, simply that illicit drugs are not new, nor are they limited to some teams. But thanks for the critique.
