Re: Round 15 Discussion
Brisbane really took it up to Sydney today and Freo last week. Freo got smashed by the Hawks. Richmond were unconvincing against Carlton. It just goes to show that even the best sides go through some form slumps.
In relation to us being flat against in the last few weeks against teams that we were expected to beat, well we won. We managed to get the win whilst playing ordinary football at times. The best teams don't always have games play out as they wish and when they are up against it they work through it and find a way to win. This gives me comfort that we are still in a strong position in the eight even though we have looked sluggish. They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

Re: Round 15 Discussion
Gee I hate the way the media carry on about the Saints and how young they are yet, today they had 7 players with 150 games plus and an average games per player of 102. GWS average games was 62 and average age around 22, or 3 years younger than the Saints.FFC: Established 1883

Re: Round 15 Discussion
They had 10 players over 100 games on the field .
I think they're in for more pain, and we're miles ahead of them.Comment

Re: Round 15 Discussion
Why? We've tried to fly under the radar for 50 years and all it's brought is failure. I'd like us to finally stand up, embrace the expectation, and announce we here to win it, not to sneak in from the side and hope to pinch it.Western Bulldogs: We exist to win premiershipsComment

Yep shout it from the roof top. The more we are out there the more good players would want to come to us too. Who wants to be the wall flower in the corner? Not me.Comment
