Whoa, check out the mark he allegedly left. How many would biting attract if he was to be found guilty?
    Good another player out.

Masten seemed to get a lot of play, although maybe those ugly tatts make him more noticeable. Hope he has a holiday.
My concern is their spread. Freo, for a team that prides itself on its lock-down defence, were poor. WC were able to run it up the guts quite a bit.
If we go in with a smaller list, still confident we can win with our 'run and gun' style, but Bevo would have to be wary of a counter strategy by Simpson and the home ground advantage of West Coast.

The thing I really like about Luke's coaching is he doesn't pigeon hole players. He says to Matty Boyd, you're not a bad kick, and you have experience, let's put you down back. How well has that worked? In the past, certain players seemed unfairly maligned and not given a chance. Luke is not afraid to mix it up and it makes us very unpredictable, and exciting to follow.

Watching Parker add to Swans injuries woes and then all the suspensions and injuries from the Freo/WCE game, to add to these teams' long lists, couldn't help but think that Hawthorn and us are really the only 2 teams amongst those battling for the top 4 who are really heading to September with momentum and a strong looking list.

Most years this is a vital factor in determining the grand finalists and premier.

It's still 4 weeks away , the teams with injuries will have most back and what could happen in the next three weeks could turn the opposite.
Maybe Freo and wc are cotton woolling some players for finals.
