                        If anything Geelong are working themselves into another cycle of believing their own BS and the media's BS for quite some time.

                                    Danger and Duckwood were massive that qtr and they barely made a dent in the deficit. Geelong have some real plonkers in their bottom 6-8 players.

                                            It's going to get worse when Bartel & Enright retire, and also when Taylor, Mackie, Hawkins & Selwood slow down a touch.

                                                Besides Dangerfield the other recruits are just OK to be honest .
                                                Worrying for them is they haven't got a hand in this years draft early .
                                                interesting hearing their prez poo pooing the draft pre-game, and I would have thought they need to bring some young talent into the side .

                                                        Taylor and Mackie already slowing down. Lonergan not far behind as well. At least they have the likes of Ruggles to fill the breach
