    It's not us. He and his manager have met numerous clubs and he's happy to be traded to North or Carlton. North may give us 33, but if Carlton trade second rounders 25/35 then that may be a good result if we can do a points trade with GCS.

        OK so he wants out and is not particularly fussed whether its Norf or Cheats. He is one trade that may come back to bite us. Good player.
        But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

            I'd rather keep him than take 33. But like Hamling today, it might just be the best bad option.

                Not yet confirmed, but it looks like GCS might sell O'Meara for picks only, 10 & 48. If that goes through, you just can't take GCS seriously about their demands for better picks and experienced players...

                                As it stands at the moment, Melbourne's first pick will be 59. Surely that's not how they're going to the draft.
