Libba could potentially elicit that kind of contract if he was to bounce back to with a B&F winning type of year but end of first round is far more likely for him too. Wallis and Roughy seem like 2nd rd compensation at best.
If I were another club I'd pay Libba whatever it took to get him to sign. He's elite and he will still get better.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
