This got them off to a slow start before they powered home to win the flag.

Dustin Martin - Will he or won't he?
For the whole season it was speculated that Martin would move to the Suns and in the end of it amounted to nothing.

Clayton Oliver Struggles
For the whole season Oliver was possibly the most talked about player with all his personal challenges and demons (pardon the pun) on display.
For the 2nd year he was shopped around and can we even say it's been resolved?

Christian Petracca injury
I don't think anyone can dispute that the Demons stuffed up big time with their decision to allow Tracca back on the ground and they nearly lost their best player as a result.
What a stuff up.
