We got Kennedy and Hynes, lost Smith and Macrae - I am happy with that especially if Hynes turns out a good footballer

I'm well aware with who we got and who we lost.

In both Dunkley and Smith's cases however I think they owed us a lot and should have stipulated that part of their worth was how we were compensated. Neither really strike me as the type to have done that though, and the compensation received in each case backs that up.

Imagine playing in a premiership as a junior (there's probably a few players from the time filthy Dunkley was preferred), winning a B&F and treated well, and then ****ing off to a club that purposely undervalued you at the trade table and ****ed over the club that raised you by splitting picks. Imagine putting your club through a raft of shit situations, then doing a knee and taking on the most rehabilitation flexibility that's ever been given to any contracted player (non-club surgeon, trips overseas, you name it) after planning a move elsewhere, and then watching your club get completely ****ed over at the trade table!

Both players could have made it better for us, neither did.

With you 100% Jeemak. Smith’s antics & comments since he left leave a more bitter taste. However I’m still in the haven’t forgiven Dunks group as he tried to leave us twice, to Dons initially which is unforgivable. Cats vs Lions would be my nightmare GF.
