Usually in this kind of round there would be, but knowing our luck the only "upset" will be Freo beating Sydney (which is obviously bad for us).

I'm gonna take one for the team by choosing all the favourites and select it as my "joker" round in footy tips (double points). This will all but ensure multiple upsets happen.

Don't laugh, West Coast are also half a sniff tonight. GWS have a lot of key players out. You can see what McQualter is trying to do with the game plan and they are improving week by week. GWS are not great at defending the ground and West coast could open them up (like they did quite a few times last week against the filth).

Would be nice to see some upsets. Will suit us.

Yep that's right. Certainly would help us a few upsets.

It is great to win Thursday night and relax for the weekend.

I am very conflicted re this Pies v Blues game. A Blues win would keep them alive and going hard at teams that we are vying with.

Watched the 1st half of the Pies v Blues. Thought the Blues played pretty well and at times were on top in general play. Just can’t score and turnover the ball way too much. Pies are also clinical. Bang like that they are nearly 50 points up.

Collingwood playing slick football. 98 v 37. This is a panting. Season over for Carlton

Bombers serving it right up to Gold Coaat so far. Durham back in midfield makes a big difference - he's a real spirit animal for them.

Difficult to say what is the best result for us. A Suns win probably snuffs out Essendon's chance of making the 8 and we have to play them again.

It's all academic. Gold Coast put the foot down in the last qtr, as good sides do. Would have been a much better result for us if Essendon got up.

Bombers can’t even win for other teams let alone themselves .
I wonder when Scott starts getting pressure on him .
They are as bad as when he went to them, maybe even worse .
                              Very similar to Carlton.
The fact that Carlton at least made finals under him is probably more his downfall than not making them like the bombers.
