By my reckoning, if players were brutally honest with themselves, only a handful could say that they were satisfied with their performance: Bontempelli, Liberatore, Richards, Naughton, English, Darcy and possibly Bramble. And yet, we lost by just 11 points

Fair enough. I thought he was hard done by and battled through it in the second half. We got very little from our small forwards in terms of pressure - Dolan, Hynes, West had negligible impact. Our forwards have rarely receive good service from those delivering to ball to them.

I thought it was an ordinary performance by Darcy for the most part and he needs to move past not receiving free kicks, but he still created contest and finished with 2.2.

Shows how bloody good he is.

Don't think I've seen a better F50 stoppage goal than the Gulden winner against the Saints. Ruckwork from Grundy and the collect and finish from Gulden was absolutely perfect.

Important for Sydney to keep winning as they will chase every game hard for the rest of the season, and they have Brisbane, Geelong and the Giants in the stretch.
