Cats ball movement and pressure very impressive. These pricks will never die!
Tiger defence panicking under the pressure and quick ball movement like ours did last week.
You can be at 90 percent under this pressure and it all unravels. I've rarely seen the Cats put it together for a quarter like that.
Not sure whose best is best, but right now this is as good as I've seen from a side this season.
Get the feeling Dusty has checked out this year, wonder if the Swans rumours are true.
Geelong have been good. Moving the footy by hand and foot really well, but Richmond are off their tucker tonight and are fumbling balls they wouldn't normally.
TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.
Geelong's defensive unit are very impressive. Not a lot of height but rock solid one on one and can also intercept mark it when necessary. Their composure exiting the D50 was chalk and cheese to our headless chook execution.
Tom Lynch went from looking like Wayne Carey last week to Andrew McDougall this week.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.
They have 3 flags in the back pocket so they are cut some slack, but that was an insipid half of footy by Richmond. We copped our right whack last week for a really poor 20 minutes but that was 60 minutes of total garbage - panic in D50, missed tackles, no pressure when Geelong had the ball.
Does this make our loss last week look even worse?
I think there's two ways to look at it. One is that. Another is that it was one game and tonight was one game. All about a longer pattern iMO. It is never as good or as bad as it seems. The Tigers are 4-4, I would rather be us than them atm. If we lose on Sunday, that is the thing that will make last week truly worse.
