I have a good employment/ work career by any traditional measurement (which doesn't actually mean anything to me) but I really loved footy and devoted a lot of time to it and it cooked me mentally/ emotionally along the way. These sorts of programs need to focus less on the elite and realise that lay folk also have the same or similar issues, and this would make things more relatable.
