McGovern should be dropped anyway. In absolute garbage form and Simpson needs to drop the hammer on a senior player to spark them up.

Now is the time to do it to, otherwise they will drop more games and miss the 8.

The teams lining up for the last two spots in the 8 all seem to be faulting in some way.

Saints coming home with a wet sail. They're a strong chance now and who would have thought that after their drubbing against us and then the loss to Adelaide. Bombers right in it too.

It's going to be very very close. I did a ladder predictor and had the Bombers and Saints getting the last 2 spots in the 8.

I've also got Dees and Geelong getting 1st and 2nd on equal points. We're a game or two back in 3rd or 4th depending on if we lose 1 or 2 of our remaining games.

I think we'll end up with 4 more wins for the year and finish in 2nd or 3rd, most likely 3rd and play Geelong at the MCG.

I'll take that, reckon we can crack them on the bigger ground.

I had us finishing second as well with a loss to Melbourne. That game will determine top spot.

I had Geelong finishing 4th and Lions 3rd.

For 7th and 8th percentage will play a big role.

Richmond are the hardest to pick in the predictor

I’m praying Richmond miss. Any team with Lynch and Martin could be dangerous in an MCG final. Yep, they aren’t playing well atm, but who knows what a final berth will do.
