Some good signs this season. Let’s keep this team together and grab another good midfielder & we are likely going to play finals next season. Go Girls. Burke seems like a good coach.

Western Bulldogs on-baller Kirsty Lamb has claimed a top-five finish in the 2022 AFLCA AFLW Champion Player of the Year award.
Lamb polled nine votes in round nine after a 20-disposal and five-clearance performance to take her total to 56 – just two behind Adelaide’s Anne Hatchard and North Melbourne’s Ash Riddell tied in second place.
But they ended up being her final votes, having a quieter output in round 10 against Brisbane.
Lamb finished in fifth spot, polling in eight of a possible 10 games at an average of seven votes per match.
She averaged 18.7 disposals, 3.4 tackles and 3.9 clearances this season, establishing herself as one of the competition’s elite midfielders.
Skipper Ellie Blackburn finished in seventh spot with 52 votes, after receiving nine votes for 23 disposals and five clearances against the Eagles, and five votes for her efforts against Brisbane.
Lion Emily Bates was crowned the overall winner with 74 votes.
Noooo not Izzy. I kind of get the want to have a fresh start though, and they have to look after themselves but gee wiz we really are copping it if this happens.
Bombers are reportedly circling Toogood as a major signing as well.
That would upset me as much as losing Izzy. Hopefully the players see what we are building but understand if they are offered better money elsewhere it must be tempting. Ruins supporter loyalty though, all the young fans seeing their faves poached by other teams.
Develop your own players damn you bombers and plastics.
