Tippa should never had come back. Pity, coz before he retired the first time, he was on fire and the ideal fwd we were screaming for. Unfortunately after coming back, he just couldn?t get his body right. Was one of my fave bombers.

This one kind of is sad. Clearly has ability but couldn't get his body right with us and then concussion ruined his time with the lions.

Feel for him, the way he went out. The future pick was used on Bruce from memory, so they’re still linked retiring on LTI. Hope doesn’t have lifelong issues.

Ed Curnow has announced his retirement after the Blues campaign finishes. 206 games off the rookie list is an amazing achievement. Got the most out of himself was a great servant of the Blues through some dark days.

After announcing Sam Menegola had played his last game in the hoops, and the retirements of Isaac Smith and Jon Ceglar, Geelong revealed new deals would not be offered to 2020 grand finalist Sam Simpson, Osca Riccardi and Cooper Whyte.

Daniel Rich retires, played 275 games. Played only 7 games this year.

Sam Simpson, Osca Riccardi and Cooper Whyte.

Simpson played in 2020 GF, must have some ability to be able to get into cats the side then. IS he worth looking at or has injuries really affected his progress?

I think Simpson has concussion issues. If so we should avoid.

Injuries killed him. I don't think his body can handle AFL. Shame

If a player deserved to get to 300 games it was Rich. One of the best kicks the AFL has seen. Can we get him as a kicking coach lol

Jack Bytel, Leo Connolly, Jack Peris and Oscar Adams have all had their time at Moorabbin brought to an end.

Bytel was highly rated as a junior wasn't he prior to injury? Never really saw him play so I can't comment on much else with him.
