Pretty ugly first quarter Dees v Tigers

How was that not a holding the balll or insufficient intent to get rid of the ball against Gawn. Seems like you can pretend you have taken a mark and just lie there and umpires are sympathetic to that action

No greater sight than Steven May getting burnt upfield by a turn over and then throwing his arms up in the air complaining to his teammates!
More of an In Bruges guy?

Great game between two great clubs right now. Absolutely packed house as well, probably a sell out, can't see an empty seat.
        TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

What is it about us that brings the absolute best out in the Dees? Why can’t we ever get them on one of these weeks?

            Pre-packaged commentary.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Was thinking the same. They are ordinary tonight. Is it the conditions?

They kicked the footy beautifully when we played them, tonight they can?t hit the side of a barn.

And what a momentous authentic occasion, celebrating the night before Anzac Day. There is no bigger event in the calendar!

Reckon it seemed pretty similar to how things pan out when we play them in the end.

ANZAC Eve is quickly turning into the second biggest event on the calendar behind ANZAC Day. It's so significant and such an honour to be kicking off such a significant round of football with two very proud clubs.

Look at everyone staying behind to recognise the significance of the post match ceremony. Great dedication from the supporters of two Victorian institutions.

Surely we've got enough reverence in us to attend a dawn blockbuster?

The Toon playing at 0530 in the morning is as close as I'll get. And that's unlikely!
