    International Rules - Game 1

    Did any others watch it?

We got absolutely spanked, but thankfully Wood seemed to come out OK. Some of the Irish players were pretty impressive.

Looked like a small crowd, and the concept does seem to be struggling.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Watched ten minutes and found it very bruise free and boring.

In the past the team was made up of mainly all Australian players and they were hard to beat. This years team is not made up of our best talent and it showed with the score line.

Only watched a bit, but Rocket's selection gaffs continue.
Picking only 4 guys who had played before.

Nah, didn't bother. Not interested in the slightest.

The threat of injuries far outweighs any benefit. Scrap it

I'm a fan of the concept, but only when we're fair dinkum about it. We're obviously not anymore. A team of C graders is selected and then they go out and put in an effort like that. Was beyond weak. I'll still watch Friday night though cause any footy is better than no footy

Eade tried to pick a specialized squad which clearly didn't work. Travis Cloke tweeted during the week that he wasn't even asked to play and he would have made himself available. I wonder if they even knew who was actually available.

If it's held next year in Ireland watch all the players make themselves available for the free trip. Joke concept at the moment.
