When Richmond win its like they have won the premiership when they lose it's like the have lost it. Always Round 1 the Tigers fans are like this.

Did you mean why don't we get to play first up in Round 1. I reckon it should be different teams very year playing in that first match. Maybe have the first match between last year's grand finalists. But they will have a match that will we draw a big crowd.

Didn't some AFL article on the draw say that it was the 'traditional' season opener between Richmond and Carlton?
