    Round 13 - Other Matches

Another round of footy is upon us this being the last week of the byes. It all starts tonight with Sydney taking on Geelong at the SCG. This should be a very good match.

Probably the toughest round of tipping for the year. Looking forward to some close games.

Sydney handing out a hiding to Geelong in the first quarter. It looks a little bit familiar actually.

Scarlett looks like the 2011 Brian Lake.
What a contrast. Slow, meek and disinterested.

          Much better term from Geelong.
Didn't get the desired results, there work rate has dropped off.
Sydney continually won the contested ball and hence murdered on the spread, also Never Seen the Handbaggers look so unsure with the ball and slow ball movement.

The umpires are keeping Geelong in it in the 3rd.

Geez, they get a good run.

I honestly thought the Swans got a great run early.
There were a few soft Geelong ones in a period but still more Swans ones.
                Its 19 - 13 ATM.

Hahaha, Everitt. Great kick to put the Swans up by four.

Now Bruce is enjoying himself on it.
                  TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Summed up Geelong's season that game.
                    Very inconsistent.

No doubt the umpires tried to even it up in the 3rd qtr.

The 50m penalty against Reid was atrocious.

Everitt will be out of the side again soon.

                          Ended Swans 22 - 14.
Cats won all key stats except handballs and frees.

I've never been of the belief that a lopsided Free Kick count meant that the umpires 'favoured' a particular team. They had a shocker both ways as far as I'm concerned.

No doubt the home team get an advantage when the away team is from
                              interstate.
I saw a number of crowd pleaser frees last night.
