With a couple of exceptions they lack class. I actually see them as an advanced version of us at the moment. They have only one genuine match winner in Petrie, a former match winner in Harvey and a classy finisher in Wells.
That's not to say they don't have a number of talented young players but none that to my eyes look like they will be elite. Perhaps I have under-rated Swallow but I see him as closer to a Boyd than he is to a Griffen. They need a couple more high draft picks to take their team to the next level.
