    Ziebell gets another three weeks

    Piss weak. Disgrace. Joke. Etc, etc.

                      The MRP have been judging thse incidents in the same way for 2+ years now.

                              Jut because the MRP is doing this, doesn't mean it's not palatable to the masses. As Llly says, there have been some inconsistencies. 360 showed a vry, very similar bump from a Hawks player on a swans player which was worse than Ziebell, yet was dismissed by the MRP.

                              I just don't like fair bumps, and in his case was a smoother gone wrong, ending up with suspensions. Surely that's not an entirely unreasonable position to take.

                                      Check the footage out on YouTube, thats how it happens.

                                      and the Head contact was nearly non existent. Even the commentators on the YouTube video thought he'd be fine. That goes for a large chunk of the media and general populus too.

                                          I've seen it multiple times he was late to smother and instead of copping it he instead hit the opponent and hit him high. You cant hit players in the head.

                                              It was high contact but should be a free kick down field. The Adelaide player got up and ran off the ground. 3 weeks for that piss poor.

                                                      It was also clearly late and unnecessary to make contact at all.
                                                      Total lack of discipline by Ziebell. He has no excuse.
