                                    Its a real swinging doors sort of thing. Im of the belief that Melbourne were so bad that pretty much any first time coach would fail there and many experienced ones, and thus Neeld didnt stand a chance.

                                    Imagine if Neeld had gone to Adelaide he could be a highly touted coach of a side thats played finals while someone like Sanderson could be the failed coach who will never be a senior coach at the top level again, all basically down to luck.
