Media reports of a 'scuffle' with police are inaccurate. There was a misunderstanding trying to re enter a venue but I was not in a scuffle

I've had a misunderstanding with the police before I didn't have to go to court. The oxygen thief needs to stop playing the victim card and take a good long look in the mirror.

So Anthony Mithen gets charged with Hindering Police despite the fact that he was 'not in a scuffle'?
