Why on earth is there a game on Monday night?
Not school holidays, so no kids at the game. Then there's a game in Adelaide next Thursday!
    Please AFL Friday to Sunday

      Caught the second half
Kennedy Parker and Hanneberry prominent .
Buddy 's kicked 2 7 Tippett 4 goals, and the result flattered Hawthorn.
Interesting looking at Hawthorns list, with 7 players 30 or over this season.
This would be their final fling at a flag you'd think, but they've achieved their objective of bringing pieces into the jigsaw premiership puzzle. Critical mass in key injuries with Hodge pulling out and Rioli doing his hammy.

Lake being out is a huge loss too.

Watched quite a bit of the game last night, it was a high intensity game.

Sydney clearly the better side (noting the Hawks had some key outs) but just couldn't finish in front early in the piece.

I wonder how the tribunal will assess the Roughead bump? For mine, it's the exact bump we want to outlaw and I wouldn't be surprised if he missed a few weeks (notwithstanding it'll likely be deemed low impact).
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Josh Kennedy has 9 goals against GWS with 10mins to go. Tommy Williams will be crossing his fingers he can get to 10 to erase 2011's memories for him.

Nail coffin on Monday night football.
God even Riewoldt gets less frees now.( although he got his obligatory charity after an earlier whine)
Ho hum affair, and the biggest shock I got is when Mick said Daisy was doing a great job trapping the ball in the Forward 50!
Fair Dinkum 700 large for a bloke who can trap the ball in the forward 50!

Agree Remi. Even though they are different types of players I would take Crameri every day of the week over Thomas value wise. Thomas's best footy seems to be well behind him.

It's about the TV audience not the attendance at the ground
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Exactly, moving as many games to prime time to capture the larger tv audience. Screw the day games they provide bugger all ratings.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

It's hard to tell when he's been knocked unconscious in a contest or retarded. His arms flail exactly the same way.
