Booing the umpire off the ground. Congratulations Essendon, I hate you more than West Coast.

Just once again proving what awful supporters they have . If they won tatts they'd whinge about having to collect their winnings.
They got massively outplayed, and the game was over early.
Josh Kennedy again prolific, and Buddy feasts on the bombres.

Is Mark Thompson's a little to cool for school attitude rubbing off on them?
The demeanour in the box, the pressers, he looks like he's in his gap year.

They also cheered ferociously when he went down.

Kevin Sheedy has a lot to answer for. In his pathetic attempts to deflect attention for losses off himself and onto the umpires he's turned their card carrying cult members into the fiercest umpire bashers on the planet.

In regards to the scum fans is anyone really surprised? These are the same supporters who bronx cheered when one of their own players went of the ground injured, they're pathetic. I know, I know we shouldn't paint them all with the same brush the shoe does fit.

They have treated a few of their players very poorly in the past (Monfries) although some of the comments I've heard at the footy directed towards Gia, Williams and Higgins means we shouldn't be throwing stones too hard

I'd like to think our supporters would not boo an umpire as he's carted off on a stretcher. I think as a whole we've got more class than that.

Me and a mate have two long running "who's better" arguments; Parker v Dahlhaus and Reid v Jones. One is playing out excitingly and has inspired serious debate, the other just makes us both really sad.

He can't catch or kick, and has gone backwards from 2 years ago. Do not want for what we'd have to pay.

He's gone backwards since the flag, but I'd say having another tall target coming in has hurt his progress.
Doesn't help on the smaller ground either. They've got Buddy in as well, so what message does that send him?

Sydney are loaded with keys now with LRT, Grundy, Richards, Buddy, Tippett and Reid - Goodes can move through any key position as well. Would love to get Reid he'll be a super player and he's only 22. It was a bit disgusting watching Buddy and Tippett tear up the forward line last night while effectively watching Reid as a bits part player. They have so many options.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

How good has Tyson been over the last couple of weeks. Goes in hard and kicks accurately to 65m. Best recruit at the dees in 7 years if he can keep the momentum. Excited for them after a torrid period. Did beautifully in the Kelly trade - absolute win:win. Shows what morons most of the scribes are.

I'd hold the power dry on the Kelly pick 2 trade.
Dees needed to bring in some midfield numbers, but Kelly by all reports is elite.
                              To early to call

Melbourne are on the improve. We had a lot in here scoff at them and thought it was a given that we'd roll them easily but they're slowly starting to put it together.

                                Always good seeing Richmond lose.
