If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

2016 Half Season Update: So we are top 4, and these guys set new career bests already. Some teams rely only on old guys doing it again and again until they retire. But this team is developing talent all over the park and they're starting to grow into their talent real quick!!

                  JJ - Total Disposals
                  Biggs - Total Disposals
Daniel - Total Disposals, Total Marks & Total Tackles (x2)
McLean - Total Disposals, Total Marks & Total Tackles (x2) (yet to get a rising star nomination though)
Tom Boyd - Total Disposals & Total Marks
Adams - Total Marks (15 yes he's first year, but 15 in a game)
                  Dahl - Total Disposals
Campbell - Total Disposals, Total Marks & Total Hit Outs
                  Stevens - Total Disposals
Dale - Total Disposals & Total Marks
Hunter - Total Disposals & Total Marks
Bonts - Total Disposals, Total Contested Possessions & Youngest Ever Winning Captain
Libba - Total Tackles (VFL/AFL record) & Total Goals
Redpath - Total Disposals & Total Marks (x2)
Dunkley - Total Everything (very unlucky to miss a rising star nomination against Collingwood)

These guys haven't even come close to hitting their talent ceilings and some have a lot of room to develop still. These guys are a top 4 team already!

It's all his fault too. If you're the youngest player to get 40 touches you're going to find it hard to beat it!

Yep needs a good dressing down from the coach.
                          He won't do that again.

It's hard to pot a bloke who works as hard as he does to run and provide options, especially coming out of defence BUT...I would love to see others do their part and reduce our dependence on him in the back half, because he can cough it up under no pressure and make iffy decisions at times.

If he could get more dangerous front of centre and further add some polish to his disposal (both by hand and foot), we've got a genuine superstar on our hands. He's so young and the penny has dropped with him, so no reason he can't get there.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Averages over 88% game time. His capacity to stay out there has to be helping every other midfielder at least a little bit.
