Having all 3 Rucks back up would indicate that they really don't know yet which way to go and are giving all options every possible chance.

Yeah not sure where 5 key defender can play plus 3 rucks plus 2 key forwards.
      That's a very big side.

I'm guessing there will be some heavy rotating/ mix n matching. Maybe half games for some.

It is only a squad at this stage.

After seeing this Goetz kid in the intra club club match I seriously think he will surprise a few in his first year and could be a very good player in the future , he can mark lead and kick goals even this early in his career.

Maybe but I think it's also has a lot to do with finding a balance for playing a taller forward line.

Looking forward to how the Wood Chopper and Big Boyd combo goes. IMO, could be the key to making the top 4.

grabbed this list for a quick ref point from bf

Not playing: Suckling, Murphy, Bontempelli, Hunter, Stringer, Wood, Biggs, Stevens, Dickson, Morris, Johannisen, Picken.

All a lock for round one?

You would think so. Biggs may be the only question mark.

If you were running a book he definitely firms off the back of this. I agree, he will play round 1 and his form suggests he should.

Most are best 22 no brainers, a couple are NAB3 locks and will play R1 form dependant.

Also brings some finals experience, which is surprising since he didn't play many games at the Swans. Reading he also has a bit of mid-field experience, good for injury cover.

Biggs and Hunter made a massive improvement to our team when they became regulars in the second half of 2015. They both know how to find heaps of the ball and use it.

Sydney didn't want to lose him. It was more that we offered him both exposure and $$ - two of which Sydney couldn't at the time.
