      It's pretty odd re: McLean being rested, named as an emergency and now playing.

      I would have liked Honeychurch in for this one.

          Isn't it all somehow connected to the salary cap , if they are injured or omitted or rested means different pay structures ?
          Think I read somewhere years ago how it worked, can't remember or if its still happening.
