I walked back across Edinburgh Gardens after the game singing our song, my daughter was so embarrassed she pulled off her Dogs scarf and duffle and threw them at me.

She hasn't lived long enough to understand that you have to grab your moments of joy when they arrive and squeeze the last drop out of them.
