As soon as the COLAs beat the Handbaggers last night, our odds went from 50/50 to 1/99......AEFL House would be salivating at an all NSW Grand Final - as would Virgin/QANTAS/Jetstar/Hyatt/Hilton etc etc

In other words we didn't cheat tge competition to become competitive. Our situation happened despite the actions of the AFEL rather than because of the actions of the AFEL. Our esteemed opponents this afternoon can't stand up and say that.

We are where we are because we are good at footy not because we are the competition's squeaky wheel or because we are the AFEL's love child constantly being indulged with shiny things and presents in a desperate attempt to make its friends like it. No we are where we are because we are good at footy. Nothing more, nothing less.

And when we hoist that cup late next Saturday afternoon we can be especially proud of that.
