    BANKERS
Bont was the Bont as he always is
Dahlhaus and Macrae also epitomise Banker attributes - consistent excellence
Steven King - has an inexperienced backline operating quite slickly. With long time key man Dale Morris out (along with M.Boyd) and last years finals series best key defender Hamling gone, things may well be a little disorganised, but Adams, Roberts, Cordy and Wood (the main defensive core as opposed to the attacking flankers) had a combined 43 effective disposals from 45 (DE% 95.6 - that's an outstanding stat that underlines a pretty cohesive group).

    ANCHORS
Clay Smith is the only player in the 22 who deserves a spell in the 2s based on form. Seems to need to refind some of his intensity.
    Finishing. Obviously.
Bad luck with injury. If Campbell is Ok and Libba doesn't get concussed, a different result probably eventuates.

    BANCHOR
Dunkley - his finishing and disposal issues have been well covered. Against that, this kids spirit and leadership qualities are second to none. To be even asked to throw himself into Ruck battles against Mumford regularly speaks volumes - to do so wholeheartedy even moreso. Ended up with an equal team high 5 clearances. He's the type players love to play with.

This is a very good point PP. Often we concentrate on the negatives, but as you say on the positive it is amazing that a 20 year old with only 20 games to his name, was asked to play a role for Bevo and the team that is as tough as any.

Dunks has a huge upside and will only improve.
