Will be good to have the media blowtorch on us next week - we've been off broadway all season but that will change.

Rampe and Hewitt laughing and mimicking pushing JJ all game.

Embarrassing what we served up just then - really embarrassing.

I know. People just lose perspective when they cross the white line sometimes.

Not often you can say that a 46 point loss is a percentage saver - 71 inside 50's to 39, +10 clearances, +15 CP's. Should have been an 80+ point loss.

Well, Cersei Lannister is feeling better tonight knowing that our walk of shame on the SCG was more embarrassing than hers. Maybe she'll chill a bit now.

Still took 6% off us, and I dare say positions this year will be highly dependent on percentage.

I think we got it very wrong at the selection table but Bevo's faith in players hasn't been repaid tonight.
We've been pretending that everything is OK and we would get it all together when it counted but we aren't firing.

Injuries have played their part but there is more to it than that.

An atrocious performance across the board, by any measure. Really went against the identity of this team which was the hardest part to stomach. We were not persistent, we were not dogged, we were not tough. They came out with the intent to bully us and we rolled over. Shameful.

The inability to take a contested mark anywhere from the wing all the way forward killed us. Just upped the degree of difficulty beyond belief. Same issues that have hurt us all year got us again. Poor kicking, poor coverage at the coal face, poor ruck work. It was a circus.

We should've got stuck into Jones and looked after JJ a bit.

Umpiring was atrocious, set the tone early and we never rallied.

The sort of night Libba and corny would have been handy. They were just to hard at it. I wondered why our players just let Sydney bump and rough us up all night. The only time I seen anyone hit back was Adams on the boundary to the smug little Papley. He'd had enough. That was it. I wonder if you are correct in saying no one stood up for JJ. Hewett bumped him all night someone had to run through him. We need an enforcer

This game was lost at selection - hope the media go hard after the coach & match committee.

The performances on the field didn't help much either. Selections were strange but even if we got it right, with that effort, results would have been the same.

I'd be more worried about that fact that not one player on the list has improved this year.

I get that the selections were puzzling but what I saw tonight was a lack of intensity and an ease of transition with the ball by the Swans. It was a most un-Bevo like performance by us irrespective of the personnel.

That was without doubt the most insipid performance put out by our blokes in a long long time.
Poor selection and poor coaching on the night. Bevo is king but he deserves some of the blame for the English and Boyd selections.

I can't recall our key players being so out of form......Bont, Picken, Hunter and Libba. It's a long way back from here I'm afraid. Before tonight I still felt we are right in the mix but now I'm not sure the hunger is there for us to challenge. Feeling as flat as a tack.
