In 2025, I have confidence in our...

OK - We've had the poll of negativity...here's the poll of positivity!

What position group do you believe in the MOST as we head into 2025?

Ruck? (AKA 'Tim has a unique skillset and is just entering his prime')
Inside mids? (We have Bont, we have Treloar, we have Richards, we have Liber)
Running Defenders? (Bailey Dale leads the way, but Bramble is WAY under-rated, and Freijah is coming fast).
Tall forwards (WOW - best group at the club in 100 years - Naughton, Jamarra, Darcy, Croft...)
Tall Backs (WOW#2 - ALSO the best group at the club in 100 years - Lobb, Jones, Buss, JOD, Gardner, Buku).

As always, voting is cool...adding some explanation behind the why's is SUPER cool.

    Tall forwards.

I think between Darcy, Marra and Naughton we are going to get one have a really strong, Coleman Medal area return. And the others each win a game or two off their own boot.

Inside Mid, no they are not perfect, but clearly the most talented and well-performed group. Adding Kennedy, Ed's 2nd year in there etc, only adds to it.
Yes, there were a small handful of games they got beat (it happens,), let's not ignore the significant amount of games they smashed teams to.

It's an interesting question, I have a bit of extra faith in our running backs both in the quality of our players and the depth we have.

Tall backs for me, Jones is a stud, Lobb is a stud. JOD will thrive this year. Khamis and Gardner are decent back-ups and then we have the Buss ready to make an impact.
          Like it? I love it

I would love this to be the case as they have the potential to be a massive POD, but as it stands Naughts is still on a modified program and Marra isn't training at all with us and judging by his IG updates is going to transition into to becoming a boxer.

Insides mids is probably the strongest part of the list.

Running backs for me. We’ve got some serious depth in this part of the ground now with Dale, Bramble, JJ, Fridge and the ability to rotate Richards and Williams (plus Treloar - I’ll die on this hill) through. It’s high quality. Underrated. Reliable. It can be our POD this year going small and capitalising on the Jones / Lobb turnover capability.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

                  Captain.
Except when he’s having a set shot.

Running backs. With JJ back, Bramble feeling like he belongs and Freijah being Freijah it's an area I think we'll improve in.

I said inside mid because it's the category that includes Bont.

Running backs for me. Bramble and Dale are class and it looks like Freijah will play there and fairly confident he'll have a big year (even tried to see if I could punt on him make all Aus team, sadly I could not).

Depth too with JJ and even Williams if needed. Essentially I have no concerns about the running backs

For me its the tall forwards . WOW is right mjp you said best in 100 years id hazard at a guess , best ever in our history, with Darcy , Naughton , Jammara , and yeah even croft (but i think he plays CHB when he matures ) , but those 3 omg they are all young , and imagine , and you wanted POSITIVE, if they all click together , what a nightmare for opposition sides trying to counter them . we win a flag without a doubt , if they all have best ever seasons together.
