My only worry was he had kicked 4 , 3 ,3 goals in the last 3 games , and was getting the ball in good postions to score , didnt want him bullying Cleary or whoever he played on , but in actual fact he was the old Stringer get a few kicks and go missing for big periods of the game . Cleary handled him very well .

I can confirm that I was definitely wrong when I suggested that we simply delist and pay him out last year.

Since his return after the stint at Footscray he has been terrific.

It was hard to see a pathway for him so you aren’t alone on that island.

He’s been great. Definitely benefitting from continuity and having one extra tall in our backline.

His closing speed is underrated, couple of times last night he looked out of the contest but made ground late to impact the contest. His reading of the play has always been above average.

It's coming together for him, clearly a confidence player too and you can see it growing.
