I don't think it's Dolan and I'm hearing Naughton is okay.

I'll write up the Takeaways later but but there were 3 groups of 12 players pitted against each and one of the groups had 12 VFL players in it. Dolan was in group 2 and Hynes in group 1.
That's 24 players and if you take out Bont there is our 23.

His last game was in round 9 2024. He hasn't played half a year of football since 2021. I disagree his experience is enough to overcome that.

I also said he is good enough. So what if he hasn't played since round 9 2024 or little since 2021. When he plays he plays well and better than some in the side.
We need runners back in the side, and if the medical staff say its ok then play him.
Its also near the end for him, he can't play vfl this week, why did we even list him(contract or not) this season?

Out - Baker, Vandermeer
In - Poulter (sub), Hynes

Gallagher gets elevated to the starting 22.

I like the choice of Hynes to debut.
Given the lack of winners other than Darcy in the front half, he may not cover the ground as well, or might only play 60-70%, but might also win a contest or 3.

It's not like for like but it's worth mentioning that Bailey Smith hadn't played any footy for over 18 months and he came straight into Geelong and, flaws and all, has played pretty well and doesn't look to have missed a beat.
