The Moment: Rnd 4, 2025, vs Fremantle

The moment; the best, most courageous moment that caught your eye in this evening's game against Fremantle.
Was it the moment that told you 'we've got this' or 'we lost this one right here'? Or was it the moment that you went 'wow....that is crazy courage'

Was it a collection of moments or perhaps one you felt had greater significance outside of the actual game's result?.. Or maybe it was a downright gobshite game, with little to crow about...but you know, you're still down to get your post count up

I think I just found my moment. The turnover by Matt Kennedy.

English poor handball to VDM who fumbles and bumbles and crumbles in the second quarter.
More of an In Bruges guy?

Going in behind at qtr time. We never really had our forward game going after the first few minutes and it's very Darcy or Bust right now. Would be nice to have Jamarra or Naughton as a foil, a shame they're both out of the side at the moment

As strange as this sounds, the last 5 mins of first quarter, the Voss miss for goal. Freo had gotten the ball off halfback. They knew they had the moment, we just seemed flat.
We just lost it in the second quarter.

Yep. We needed a goal against the run of play

My moments were our inexplicable f50 entries. Why we never try and switch for a clean entry is beyond me.
I get the hail Mary to Darcy is a good play but not every fkn time! Also can the forwards try and get some separation.
                  Naughton needs a rest.

After the VDM fumble, after a poor handball from English, they kicked 6 goals in 7 minutes and Jackson was heavily involved.

Yes it was the lack of ability to stop that momentum, but we kept at it and pushed them to the end. Not bad when it’s not your day
                      BB.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

Mine was the kick to Naughton late in the second. Largely uncontested and he spills it. We get caught in transition. Ball gets whisked away and goal. Then from centre bounce they get another.

One dropped mark = two goals. Margin at 1/2 time is 32 points instead of 20. A 5 goal quarter is bad, but a 7 is a game winning quarter.

That was a shocking 12 point turnaround and we lost momentum as well
