Did no one feel like Davidson's disposals were quite lacking? I love him and he offers so much but I feel like he was one of the more disappointing performers today.

And that being said, he wasn't too bad actually lol

His kicking tends to be up and under. Not sure it was a today thing, it’s just “ok” at best and dinky at worst.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Agree, I thought he was very good and did a lot of little things and created some goals

Do you think he needs a rest. He looked tired today.

It might happen but he didn't look tired to me. He was still pushing back deep when Port were trying to put something together.

When kicking the ball he looked fatigued.

                Maybe no change this week?
Lobb to start back each week, we can trust that.
With the mid-depth, more and more of Truck back, which puts pressure on Buss and Cleary.
Same 22, maybe a different sub, Baker or Duyrea next in?
Khamis looks safe to me, he is doing exactly what is required as the 2nd ruck/key forward.

Is there case to maybe drop Bus this week given the conditions in Darwin? Seems more suited to the smalls with Cameron and Ah Chee the only multiple goal kickers last night

Hope Matt Kennedy saw the job that the well done steak haver did on Rowell.

I’d go no change and move Buss on field for McNeil. Suns for better or worse play with three talls and only one of them is any good, so will be a perfect chance to get Buss some shine.

Against the power obviously it didn’t matter but as we get deeper into the season it will.
Dropped a real easy mark in the first qtr that cost us a goal. Same thing happened the week before. Needs to impact our scoreboard more not the oppositions

Do you have Buss playing deep on King and JOD & Lobb following Read & Walter?

With the caveat that we know they don’t do direct matchups anymore I’d want Lobb on King most of the time. The other two I don’t really have a preference. Walter only scores goals from free kicks so I guess whoever is less inclined to actually defend him is my preferred matchup.

Davidson has a very learnt kicking technique, you can tell he has a process. I think the wind would do that no favours. I think it's something track watchers were pointing out early (his kicking). I wouldn't be dropping him, like, ever.

Given Lobb plays high, and covers a huge amount of ground, as per his km's covered on Saturday, I can't see him on King as he pretty much never leaves the goal square.

3 Talls, but only one of them is propper AFL player.
1 less tall, more run for me.
Can still swing Khamis and Truck.
