I like the look of the side but I'm not sure about Scott even if he is wonderfully suited to the sub role.
After some reflection I could probably live with Baker or Jones as being the only change.

Rewarding Kennedy for a 9 possession game in the VFL seems like wrong time wrong place. Yes he had a good game the week prior, but surely he needs to put together sustained run of form. Otherwise we’re setting him up for failure.
Baker or Gallagher aren’t sexy replacements but they’re able to come in and possibly be competent role players.

Thinking about it I’m definitely bringing Dolan back for Arty, even if it’s only sub with a reshuffle. We have so many high possession players like Sanders, Harmes, Kennedy floating around outside the starting mids that Id be prioritising high impact per possession players in the remaining roles. Really don’t care if Dolan only has 10-15 max, we don’t need him to we just need him to fit into the system and make the most of his touches when he gets them.

Baker is the opposite of what we need, yeah he’ll find a lot more of the ball but he’s just scrappy as, even at VFL level. Turnovers kill you in the AFl right now they’re the biggest killers really, give me 10 effective Dolan touches over 20 from Baker with a third of them going straight back over his head. Hes also scrappy with his touch too - not good for the very quick & clean game we like to play by hand, players that break down those chains sap the momentum out of the team. Same goes for Gallagher although I have hope he can iron it out to an acceptable level over time, that ships sailed for Baker already unfortunately.

Cannot fault his effort but there’s no place in this side for him right now, unless things get drastic with injuries.

Yeah, I’m happy with Dolan over Baker & Gallagher. The latter two just aren’t clean or damaging enough. Dolan has it, even if we only see it 10 times a game.

I see Adz is a test do you think there's a chance we'd risk him? Didn't Bevo say he won't be available until after the bye?

I guess if he's a test and he passes he plays?

As an aside I don't wish injury on any players but what great timing for Danger to do a one week hammy. He's been super dangerous and is definitely a barometer for them this year.
